Som Datt Foundation was
established as a non-profit, charitable trust on 19th day of July
2002 by a visionary, dynamic businessman, philanthropist, social reformer Dr.
Somdatt founder chairman of Somdatt Group of Companies. The foundation
supports the rights of the under privileged to lead a life of dignity and
self-respect in a just and equitable society. The founder recognizes the need
to improve strength which would come through education, good health and giving
opportunities to be engaged in productive work. The Foundation will work to
promote cultural, moral, social and economic movement of greater significance
towards society, emerging the needs of the community, and focus its efforts on
sect oral programmes. Within the above mentioned frame work in mind, this
voluntary organization is committed to work towards a synergy of different
inputs that are necessary for development strategy.
